This is just to say - Carl went out and walked the extra mile for helping with a BIS problem. He said he would phone on a specific time and he did. This is what I call service. Every time he reported back to us he was honest about what the problem might be and how and when it would be rectified. I must say - of all the service providers _ this is the best care and help we got in all the time. I would like to thank him for the great services he provided. Everything is now fixed with the BIS service.
