Senior Management go the extra mile!

Riaan, Timmy and Jan. These are three of the senior managers I had the pleasure of encountering a few days ago at Makro Woodmead. Unfortunately I had an issue with my recently purchased vacuum clearner. It's all about attitude and service and I am not only inclined to comment when the service is dreadful (not specific to Makro but in general) but also when the service is great. Each of these individuals went out of their way, this time more so Timmy. Well done Timmy, thanks for helping and showing me that you actually care very much about your customer. You are welcome to call and confirm with me that you have received a copy of this compliment please. Well done to you and well done to Makro and Massmart for employing some great staff that really do care.
