Good Day. I've changed my bank details in March. 8ta never deducted the balance due on the agreed date neither from my old nor new bank account. I've called 8ta several times confirming that there will be a double deduction at the end of April. During the month of April 8ta tried twice to debit my bank acount and this after I've transfered the funds to my other bank account. Which resulted the debit orders not being honoured and I was charged R230 bank charges by my bank. After several mails, calls and complaints, I've ended up with Johny Lekota. Was he a pleasure to deal with. I've even said I'm going to cancel my 3 contracts with 8ta and he asked me to give him a chance to get this mess sorted. He took time to investigate the case, escalate it, e-mail me feedback, and even phoned me back requesting the necessary documentaion. When I mailed him again today, he informed met 8ta is going to refund me!!! If you ever speak to Johny Lekota, know that he will go the extra mile to get things done. Johny thank you very much, if all the staff were like Johny, there won't be so many challenges within 8ta. You are a real Big Shining Star.
