Over the last 5 months i have been billed more than R1800 for content charges from MTN. I have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls but still MTN is ignoring me and do not attempt to sort out my issue. Aftert receiving my accounts i have phoned MTN to query what this content charges are. According to them i am subscribed to other companies and is downloading wallpapers, ringtones ect from these companies. After a hassle i received the companies i have allegedly "subscribed" to. I contacted the companies whom all denied billing me for any content, they do not even have my number. I phined and mailed MTN again asking proof for things i have downloaded, they sipmly ignore me and tell me they wont refund my money. So i have to pay high amounts to MTN each month for services i dont even receive on my phone. I am very of since they are taking my money and cant even give me proof, and i am suppose to just accept it. I have called several times asking to speak so someone highern then i just get a promise that someone will pone me in 24 hours. guess what. i am still waiting. I WANT MY MONEY BACK MTN!!!
