TELKOM CHARGES FOR THEIR OWN INEFFICIENCY

Telkom has charged me a reconnection fee despite the many attempts I have made to contact them regarding the status of my account. They never respond then they charge me for their own lack of service. They expect the customer to do their jobs for them. Useless monopolistic company.
