Worst company I ever had to deal with

I was unhappy with Iburst so cancelled the service effective 30/04/2013. Unfortunately a problem caused them to block my line and now I cannot use any service provider. I logged my request on 02/05/2013 ref: 763106. Zane Espin the manager was supposed to call me back and till today has not bothered. I called today and spent 30 minutes on the phone and spoke to Donavan who promised a call before 4 today. I called gain at 4:30 and was passed from agent to agent and finally got to Telvis who said he was taking the matter up with head of systems and will call me back in 10 minutes. I gave him an hour and when I called back he had left for the day! what pathetic service from a company. You are blocking me from accessing the internet and you are just passing the buck and no one is taking responsibility. Basically no one cares. I've spent all my free minutes and used my land line extensively calling iburst. Now I have no air time, a high telephone bill and no way to access the internet through adsl. And It's all iburst's fault.
