So, I had a complaint about my bank, submitted on Monday, 20/1/2014 at 13:09.
At 8:57 on 21/1/2014 I received an email from HelloPeter that the bank had responded and that I would receive a Customer Feedback email 54 hours after my report appeared on the site.

Until now (almost 76 hours later) nothing from Standard Bank nor anything from Hello Peter. So my question is. This is the first time I have made use of HelloPeter. (For the record until this week, I thought it feeble and silly to run to a website everytime you don't get what you want, but thought I'd give it a shot as I was a my wits end) Is this website just creating a culture of moaning and complaining? Or is this actually something that looks after the consumre. Highly dissapointed! I guess my initial feelings around this "forum" was indeed correct.
