Telkom still not getting it right

Went to walk in centre to verify my business account as the web site says, guy "Did everything needed" & said I should be able to access it in a day or 2, weeks after still no joy, now I have to take time to go again!!! Cant they get it right the first time!!! AAAAAAGH!
