CANCELLATION FIGURE REQUEST HAS SUPPLIER IN A SPIN

A request for a cancellation figure on a 24 month wireless contract (taking into account penalties permitted by the Consumer Protection Act) has resulted in FOUR different figures being quoted, none of which make sense much less are permitted by the Consumer Protection Act in my view. Email after email must be sent and after two weeks there is still no resolution.
