Neglect to update details on ITC (Nashua Mobile)

We are trying to purchase a house. But the banks are declining us. The reason is affordability. When we enquired they said that we have an account with Nashua Mobile - as well as 'n banking institution which is still active. We do not even have an account with NM anymore. Both these accounts is contributing to a monthly expense and therefore we do not have enough money to afford the monthly installment. This account was closed more than 6 months ago. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE AND MAKE SURE IT HAS BEEN REMOVED. NOT MINE. Now they tell me it will take 7 days to remove. I DO NOT HAVE 7 DAYS. I HAVE TO BE OUT OF MY HOUSE ON THE 1st OF JUNE. WHERE DO I GO??? I can get a dam homeloan because of you!!!
