8ta are SUPER skelm - taking debit order twice

8ta service MORE than Cell C. Seems to me, once they tied you down in a 2 year contract it's a matter of we do as we please and to with you mr/mrs client. It's a bunch of monkey's working there that clearly can't read or do their work properly. They have deducted a debit order TWICE from my bank account and after speaking to several people and send emails my request to refund my money had fall on death ears. They are SUPER quick to suspend your line and take your money, but boy, to refund your money that they took twice out of your bank account - oh nooo - toooo much effort to refund the client!!! STUFF you 8ta!!! I want my money back!!!
