Why wont anyone help

I have been trying to follow up on a contract since last week friday- after the call agent at cell c made a complete mess up of my details and contract info. I have been phonin, emailing, smsing, send via the website- no-one gets back to me!! when I call I am always on hold for between 10-20minutes before I eventualy give up. today I got put through to 3 different people and then on hold again as no-on eis willing to help or knows what to do.absolutely ridiculous. please can someone call me on 0828776693 so that we can get to the bottom of this after this is all due to a mistake from a cell c agent.
