So, in this modern era I tried calling Web Africa to no avail. I was assured that my call would be answered and listened to a host of prompts with nothing to ever come from it. I then sent an email via the online 'call back' service. I am still waiting. I then decided to go the support section of their website in hope that I could find someone to talk to.

Their live assistance page assures you that you can get assistance from 06h00AM to 11h59PM and that you must select an agent to chat to. All of the agents were off line.
