CLOSED ACCOUNT - STILLGETTING ACCOUNTS

I have cancelled this contract in January 2013. They deducted R218.00 from my account in beginning March and I still receive accounts. I have not been credited with the monies deducted from my account and now this month my account has been debited again, but because of the credit I have a credit balance (which is obviously less after deduction of this months payment...)

I have already sent a lawyers letter but they ignore any correspondence.
