YOU JUST CANT GET THIS RIGHT - its basic service!

I have consistent problems with Vodacom! Each time it's a new thing, now it's the store and wrong information given causing me to have received an sms saying I'm in debt. I was not going to upgrade my accounts but I was convinced by staff the problems have been sorted. They did not remove my blackberry service at the date of my upgrade even tho I requested that. The data pack I requested was not added, and I keep getting wrong info when paying my account. This is ridiculous! when are you going to get this right, I just want to get my service ive been paying for, 6 years and no change. Im going to splash this bad service on every social media site I can find.
