Having had numerous members of Gavin's team make promises to get my cell phone working over past 3 months, nothing has progressed. Seeking an answer, no one including Gavin return calls. The customer care line only works on pre recorded answers and for anything beyond that there is no facility. Sending online query has got me "we will get back to you '. I cannot believe that a supposed service based company is so unattached from their customers and I have to resort to this to gain a reaction (I hope) Ian Hunte
