BAD NO SERVICE!!!

We applied for a new contract on Saturday with all the needed documentation needed and was told that they will let me know on what is happening after @working days which would have been 07/05/2013
it is now 08/05/2013 I still didn't' receive a word from them, so I phoned MTN customer care to follow up on their side
The only response I got from them was that there is nothing on the system which means that the staff didn't upload any information regarding the contract application

They are not letting me know anything they are not answering one of the numbers listed
THIS IS REALLY BAD SERVICE THAT IS BEING SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN
CAN I GET A RESPONSE ON THIS OR DO YOU SIMPLY JUST DON'T HAVE DECENCY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE
