Their systems and processes hinder clients from getting information. They willing send out statements but it becomes a nightmare when asking for a copy of the billing account. The staff, if you ever get to speak to an actual person, are unhelpful and unwilling to assist with any query. You have to deal with the same issue every month and they are unable to follow a clear request. A client can spends hours on hold with no success.
They deduct whatever they want from your account with no communication.
