Pathetic Customer Care

Last week Friday I had called to make enquiry on the Samsung S4, the assistant Justin said he will call me back to offer the best deal, showed some sort of customer care however the truth of the matter is, to this day Justin has still not called back as promised, I had called him 4 times, he seems to always be busy. I then spoke to another gentleman Gray, who was more enthusiastic about my enquiry however his on leave as I called today, spoke to Houston and he rather laughs when offering to call me back because I stated I do not trust the call back as Justin has not called. Im glad he finds it funny. Next step is the manager, it is people like Justin and Houston who make SA customer service look bad. The root to all evil... Thanks for the service, i will go elsewhere!!!
