I UPGRADED ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY NEW PHONE YET.I ALSO HAD A PROBLEM ON MY ACCOUNT AND PHONE IN AFTER THAT MY PHONE LINE WERE SUSPENDED AND I CAN NOT PHONE OUT.I AM STANDARD AND FRUSTRATED .THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE
