Great service rom a terrible ISP

This is a shout out to Kurt Claasen who spent 40 minutes to try and help me sort out yet another break in my internet service.

Not only did he call me back once my airtime ran out, he was the first person in the data department who actually walked me through several options to get re-connected instead of just logging a fault and giving me a reference number.

(i know from experience in call-center slave-pits how badly he will get penalized for both spending time with me and calling me back. He literally lowered his own salary to assist me properly)

((( by the way -Nothing wrong with my modem or data card-the cell-c test card works fine in my modem... its definitely 8ta signal coverage that just intermittently cuts out.)))

To 8ta/telkom mobile I have to say -As soon as the other ISPs bring their prices down I will break-up with you so hard it won't even be funny. Your service is not reliable. I am on the phone to you at least twice a month. Get your signal problems sorted out for 's sake!
