8ta sells propaganda

On 3/5/13 i went to open a contract with 8ta. i wanted a cell with wireless hotspot so i could connect my ipad to the net. when i enquired about the iphone 5, 3 of the 8ta consultants sad it does not offer wireless hotspot capabilities. i ended up with a contract for a blackberry 9900 which i hate.
i found out on 4/5/13 that i had been to.
on 6/5/13 i went back to return the 9900 and request for an iphone the manager refused saying
1. I had chosen the phone and i had opened it, but i did not open it, they did
2. She said that APPLE had informed them that they would not be offering the hotspot services to 8ta customers, which i checked and found it to be,
3. She said if anyone could prove that the iphone had hotspot and could connect my ipad to the internet then she would exchange it for me, i proved it and still she refused,
4. She made me call a lot of people who all turned around and said she must change the phone for me but still she refused.
5. She said she would rather loose a customer instead of rectifying her mistake.
Finally she took and said nothing and I left the shop.
Now i have no phone and no sleep and do not know what to do!
