Slow network speed

We were streaming the PSP Mid Atlantic Open this weekend and on and off the network will just become slow, and the streaming would start to buffer. It was like that on Friday and Sunday. It did eventually come right. but it was Highly annoying. Saturday streamed 10 hour no problem. How would Mweb like that if I paid them in 5c coins every 2min? I have never had an issue with speed before and the PSP Dallas in March stream perfectly for 3 consecutive days.
