Can't make from 8ta to MTN

One of my 8ta numbers was ported to MTN one year ago, and then I can't use my 8ta number call the mtn number. Called call center, no solution. Now my wife wants to sign an 8ta contract. Please check in your system and get my mtn number work with 8ta.
