Good day Elite mobile, we meet again! I am very, very happy to be contacting you via hellopeter again. I love the way you train your callcentre staff to blow us customers off Even if we give you New business. Lovely. Wish i could just explain how much joy you don't give me by not helping me as TRUE PROFESSIONAL CALL-CENTRE AGENTS SHOULD! We always bump heads whenever i have dealings with Elite mobile, and even if i do contact the CEO and sort things out. You manage to have someone to mess all that rapport up. In saying that, I will yet again phone your CEO and complain YET AGAIN, I will also inform him of what committed people he has working there that cant wait to go home. Therefor i think that Elite Mobile Staff don't share the same passion that the CEO has.
