5 Months???!!! Really shocking!!

I was due for an upgrade 6 months ago. I received my Samsung Ace Advance on Wednesday, January 16;2013.After using the phone for a week, I realized that it was not functioning properly. I brought it back exactly a week later, Wednesday, Jan, 23.They told me that I missed the 'Out Of Box Failure' by a day! It was sent in for repairs, I waited a month before it was sent back to me, still not working. I then said I was prepared to pay the difference in for an iPhone, as I have lost faith in Samsung. I first had to pay before they would get the phone, which I did. In the meantime, after much nagging and pleading from my side to get the phone before I moved (with no results), I have relocated to Cape Town. They then promised that they would have it delivered at my work place. I phoned at least every second day, the Glen Branch, customer services, etc, but everyone passed the buck. I have paid for a phone, which I still don't have after five months! How is it possible that NOBODY at Nashua Mobile can help me??!!
