Bad attitude represented, also, by not registering and replying to numerous complaints on this website, even though for the company of that size it shouldn't be a problem.

Ok, my account was in arrears, which is nothing unusual these days. Service disconnected, nothing usual, again.

What is unusual is this: I paid all the arrears, including the unreasonable R100 extra monthly fees, only to be told that my number is permanently deleted from their 'system', and I have to buy new SIM card, fill in the forms, pay the duties. After that, it's going to take 5 working days to consider my application for this new number. In the meantime, I have to pay the subscription fees as usual, with absolutely no service provided in return. This after the device/phone has been paid off already. Does this make sense?
