I sent the following e-mail to Virgin Mobile through their Facebook Page on Friday 3 May 2013. at 05.45 p.m.

" I understand you have had a problem with your system, but you state that, with effect from Thursday 2 May 2013, this problem will have been resolved.

Please therefore, could you advise why the full amount of my "Carry Over" minutes have not been added to my May Balance, and why I am being charged for every SMS I send.

Please look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.
