Frustrated no assistance in abuse of account

In novemeber 2012 I left work and to lessen my expenses I stopped using my sim card contracted from autopage. So we got rid of the sim card. I get a billing in February of R1000 something I query it and block the sim card when I ask them to pls investigate the lady tell me they will do so and block the sim card. I get a report back to say that the chargers are valid, its obvious the chargers are valid I need to.know where the sim card was used from what phone and what area. I call back again and they tell me they will check that for me, I call back to check up &I get the same report the chargers are valid.at this stage I am highly upset so I ask for itimised billing to do my own investigation. I had to send a fax and its a week going on the second and I have no reply I dont have this kind of money lieing around, I do not have an income to cover this rubbish.they haven't responded in anyway shape or form and notice I had to call them each time to follow up. They just enjoy debiting my account. I do not have the legal rights to do investigations which I am sure they can, with rica to see the numbers that were called and indentify the person who used the sim card.& now I get a 3rd account
