They try to hide by not answering the phone

I received a call from Nashua Moble offering me a contract for R150.00 pm over 24 months. After speaking to someone about the contract I learnt that the phone offered to me cost just R500.00 cash on pre paid.
When asked abount delivery confirmation, I told them they I am not interested and that they should cancel the contract.
Today I received an Invoice for R296.00, I tried calling but was kept holding for 20 minutes. I cut the call and dailled again and requested to speak to a manager and I was again kept holding for another 10 minutes.
They trying to hide by not answering my query.
Going to take matter further.
