Month 3 and still no resolution on my account

I have had 2 queries on my account in the last 2 months with incorrect billing and have just received the latest statement and it is still worng.

I was told that I could put a limit on my account which has not been honoured and for the third time I have additional GPRS charges which now amount to approx R6000.

I have had this contract fpor 2 years and have never gone over before so where does this come from?

I also see now that the number I changed to a different contract because of the first bill of R2500 is now charging me telephony and data on the same card. I never use the phone on this.

I want answers but how do I get them when every report on this site is a complaint.
