Poor service on mail for a refund

I went to Autopage branch in Centurion Mall, I was assisted by a very competent staff member who gave me the options that I required in order to down grade my contract and also how to go about cancelling my contract.

I want to cancel my contract as I have moved overseas, this was explained to the agent who assisted me and I also informed him that my wife will be following me in a few months.

Now that my wife is ready to come over she then went into the branch to cancel my contract on my behalf and she had all the documents that were required to cancel my contract.

The cancellation was accepted and she paid the balance of the account, however two days later Autopage then deducted the money for the last invoice and we now require a refund. I have sent three mails to customer service over the past 10 days and have had no response from Autopage.

This type of service is not acceptable from a company and also to a customer who has spent thousands with this company and the only reason for leaving is because I am going overseas and no other reason. However this makes me wonder if I had any issues would they be able to deal with them professionally.
