4 days after ordering my contract i decided to call to see whats happening. spending most of my time listening to a machine finally got through only to find that my application was cancelled because they couldnt get hold of my company. The company phone had not been called on our records!!!

Why did it take for days for me to get my own feedback?
Why not call me and ask for the number again if it was perhaps wrong?
