Unregistered sim

I have a Samsung SIII that went into repairs, but in view of the fact that it's a microsim I had to do a sim swop so that I can fit a normal sim in a loan handset. The sim swop was done and I had access to my phone for only a week, since Monday the phone is showing unregistered sim. I phoned on Monday from a landline as I can't even phone Cell C from my cellphone and the agent confirmed that my sim is registered and she doesn't know it's showing that, she then said she will escalate for me to the correct department. Later Monday afternoon some guy phone from Cell C and said that if the sim is registered it's not his department anymore and it should be a network problem and again he will escalate, he was very abrupt and not very help. Up to DATE no one phoned me back again and I'm still unable to receive and make calls. I want this sorted out ASAP and also want a follow up on my Samsung SIII that is in "repairs".
