1 year later no contact from Vodacom

Blackberry curser button failed after couple of months; did not "click" anymore; took to Menlyn Vodacom with pre-phoned from Kolonade Vodacom that they will fix while we shop agreement. When arrived we waited in the line and was told we have to comeback another day and was told if it was moist/water we have to pay R57 and won't be fixed. When the elder lady behind complaint that they claim her phone was moist damage that she disputed; they claim it could be form the vapour from her perfume i though someone is taking a chance. After week received sms phone is ready; was not and told it was moist and asked to show me the moist/water that they refused with many reasons that was not valid and was given a photocopy that "proofed" the moist. I promised to investigate and gave the phone to an in depended workshop and stood by when opening the phone: tech. showed me the blue factory seals still intact (phone was never opened!) and could not find anywhere proof of any moist and confirmed that the blackberry curser button does fail a lot .i have sent photos to Vodacom showing the seals intact and also zero corrosion and was given the cold shoulder from Vodacom head office. ref EC-Z9YW-273FW
