Vodacom
One Vodacom user have service, but not the other??

My BIS is not connected, but all the other Vodacom users BIS is connected!!
This is the second time!!! the first time Vodacom shop got me to pay for an unnecessary sim swop and still it wasn't sorted out!!! 3 days after I found out the another Vodacom shop never did my upgrade!!! What is the problem this time???
