TELKOM CYBERTRADE HAS BEEN DOWN SINCE 21 MAY '13. OUR BUSINESS RELIES ON CYBERTRADE FOR ALL OUR EMAIL AND BANKING, CORRESPONDENCE WITH OUR FRANCHISOR HEADOFFICE, SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS. ONLY FEEDBACK FROM CYBERTRADE SUPPORT CENTRE IS THAT THEY ARE ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM AND WAS GIVEN A REFERENCE NUMBER 553164176.
THE WHOLE SITUATION AS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
i AM UNABLE TO FIND ANY WAY OF ESCALATING THIS BEYOND THE CALL CENTRE.
