Cant accept this

Im trying to cancel my contract and was told to pay in some funds at nedbank which I did, and the Cell c shop at Pinelands helped with the process but now the call center tells me they cant cancel it and I need to wait 24 hours before it can be canceled, this prevents me to take a new contract on this number (0840883777) bcoz of this, I need this sorted 2day as this is a birthday present
