Their stingy dirty gym is lising me unfairly

I signed up for a gym membership with body lab gym.i was told by their consultant that i could not take a 6months contract dy only have 3years contract but when i want to cancel membership i would tell them i want to sell contract and it would b solid for me.but when i got to the gym to gym dy were like 12 lockers the place stinks as a mortuary.i decided i could not use this place.i went to them to sell my membership but dy refused said dy don't do that i hv to pay 30% of canceling fee.i then decided not to pay now i lost a job offer because dy hv listed me for the full amount of 12000.this people have a dirty stinky nd unsafe gym yet dy want me to pay for it dy consultants are lairs mislead me into signing a 3years contract.i have found out from a gentlemen i know that dy do hv shorter periods of membership as he had signed a 6months contract with them
