I'm extremely appalled at the manner in which I have been by one of the sales consultant at Virgin Active. I was approached by a man called Zee Sibanda outside Brightwater Commons Clicks. I was interested in signing up & obviously was attracted by the free goodies that I was told I would get when I sign up. I also asked about swimming lessons & was told that I could definitely come with my instructor. After signing up this guy changed his tune. He told me there's only specific instructors allowed & that I cannot use my own. I accepted that. I told him I was still waiting for my bottle and towel and goodie and he point blank ignored me - 6 months later he is still ignoring me. I sent him an email this morning and he threatened me saying that he does not recall making such a promise to me with the goodie and also saying I have nothing in writing to support this. Of course i have nothing in writing accept my contract which he had no problem rushing me to finalise last year but when it was time for him to do his part he is acting like a coward.
I am appalled by your sales consultants if you are this deceitful to customers and see absolutely nothing wrong with it.
