Increase/Decrease of Debits when it suits you???

I signed a contract with Platnetfitness and agreed on a certain amount to be debited monthly. Now there has been an increase in my monthly fee why? Its a fixed contract for 24 months?

Recently the amount has gone down from R419 to R259? While the 24 months has not elapsed???
