Disappointing Service from Global Acclaimed Gym

I joined Virgin Active Rustenburg, South Africa in January, lots of promises were made.
For the first three appointments the service was outstanding, i received messages confirming my appointments. The third appointment my trainer told me that he was leaving, but he'll make a booking for me with someone else. Since then I haven't received ANY confirmation messages (for Ignition). I phoned a couple of times, and they promised they'd come back to me. I gave up completely...! February they deducted R 409.00 from my bank account, same with March and April. On March 30 2013 I sent an e-mail, requesting details about cancellation and all that. The following week I phoned them, but the same promise was made. I don't get time to go in myself. I'm tired of their pathetic service.
