Incompetent of skills with sales and after sales

Planetfitness club in Bedfordview, Bedford Square has been a horrible gym club of all times. The manager is never on site, never reachable. The sales consultants tell a different story every time.

When my wife tries to convert from normal membership to vitality membership, they kept on billing us with the original amount of money after the transfer. We queried for a reason, which each sales consultant told us a different story. We also tried the call center for the main office. 2 days in a row that no one picked up the phone. We went into the local club, manager is never there. We have also asked for an appropriate time to meet the manager, but they don't know when he will come in.

This is such an mismanaged branch. It's been 3 days that we haven't been approached with a proper response. For the people who like to go to gym in Bedfordview, please think twice before going into Planetfitness!!
