IIhave had nothing but terrible experiences at 2 of your branches that have left me with a sour taste in my mouth on more than one account. Today's however was just horrible for words. I'm appalled at the service I have received on all 4 times I have recently tried to get assistance from virgin active. I have been a paying member since last July and have not gotten a chance to gain access to your gyms. Despite being sold the membership under false pretenses, I still kept it in hope that I will get better service at other branches since my membership is national however I haven't. On all occasions I have tried to access your gyms I have been met with nothing but sour attitude. Recently went to the newly opened sunny park branch and first time I was told the guy that signed me up at my workplace (shupping) gave me the wrong card with the wrong membership number. I asked to please speak to the manager to gain access since it showed on the system that I'd been a paying member, he didn't so much as look at us let alone assist.worse "help" desk lady told me to drive to centurion to "confront" shupping for the right card., they did not even want to give me contacts. Disgusted! Want my $!
