Great Staff at Parow Centre

Its my first time ive signed up at a gym and im very impressed with zone fitness but mostly witn Enrique from Atlantis, when i get to gym in the afternoons he comes over to me says hi and asks me "what are we doing today" im grateful that he spends time encouraging me to work out, teachs me about my muscles and which machinery to use.
He would make a great personal trainer.

THANX ENRIQUE! you make my work out worth while everytime :)
