I asked to be moved national and enquired at old eds they told me to call the call centre which I did but getting they experiencing high call volumes. So after a week of trying to contact the call centre during the business hours during my lunch breaks. I went to the old eds again and asked them to help me they said that it'll take 7 working days to sort out but they would process it for me after filling in forms. I went back 3 weeks later and got told that nothing been done.. and got rudely told that I must just wait and they wouldn't assist me further.
