Just when I thought I things were sorted out they take a turn for the worst. Zone fitness is really getting to me. After i lodged a complaint they called and we agreed on a plan of action. On the 23th of February 2013 I made a payment of R200 because I was in arrears due to the fact that I refused to pay for my membership until my complaint was dealt with. I paid the R200 at CQ and they were suppose to send the receipt to Kloof. Today they double debit my account for R400 inconveniencing me. I DO NOT care about their processes the receipt should have been sent to Kloof way before the 1st of March. Now, Am I suppose to understand that after a week and five days the receipt was not sent? Am I suppose to understand even though the receipt states Kloof the payment was captured for CQ? Am I expected to smile and say oh its ok? I have other debit orders to go offt. I budget every month now my name is going to be affected for skipping/ late payment that I had made provision for. Am i wrong for being angry? Now i have to wait 3 days until the bank releases the money in ZF's account then a refund request to be sent to the. Am I wrong? Am I being unfair? My next step will be the Ombudsman!!!
