Useless Gym

I have been a frequent user of the gym untill i have been for three major operations which have rendered me unable to do much for the last 12 months especially exercise. This operations have a general healing of three months. i havent been to the gym since. I have called Virgin Active too explain this and they refuse to understand and have penalised me for not attending by increasing my monthly bill. Come on guys have some sort of compassion for the sick. I still wont e able to attend for some time> What will happen NEXT!!!
