My boyfriend's membership fee come of my creditcard, we've been struggling since September to get his fee not to come off my account. He's been unemployed since August and his Vitality was cancelled end august. We've been told that all his benefits will end, including Virgin Active.

November his gym fee was still going off my account. After how many attempts to the callcentre and explaining that his unemployed since august, we were promised a callback from a team leader in december.

Still no callback or feedback and his premium is still going of my account!!!

This is rediculous and the poorest service for a big company like you!!!

You don't make promises that you can't keep to and why it should be such a process to cancel your membership, this is financially killing us just because you can't deliver!

I want my money back into my account!!!
