Making me join without my knowledge

Last year November at maponya mall one of the gym guy approached me and offered a deal to join the gym he made me sign a form with my banking details and said to me i should first go talk to my parents and if i do not return in two days with an answer no contracts exists between and i did not return because my parent never agreed to that to my suprise this january they took money from my account without my knowledge so i went to maponya mall and i spoke to the manager he was so rude, he said to me u signed u signed and there is nothing we can do about it, you should not have signed in the first place, instead of him to calm me as a manager he made me feel like am stupid, i have never faced such poor service and he told me to pay R2000 cancellation fee, .first of all i dont have the membership card and i have never gone to gym, is this how they cheat people off their money, shouldn't they have called first to ask me if am joining or not, all i want is for them to cancel all this because all this is unfair.
